The Josh Gresty Store operates as an independent e-commerce business and uses third-party fulfilment partners for the production and delivery of certain items. As a result, manufacturing times, shipping speeds, packaging quality, and courier services may vary. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that any delivery delays, damaged parcels in transit, or fulfilment errors outside of our direct control may require investigation by the third-party provider before refunds or replacements can be approved.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. However, the Josh Gresty Store reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns where evidence is not provided, where requests fall outside the stated timeframes, or where products do not meet the eligibility criteria listed. Custom and personalised items, as well as print-on-demand products, are exempt from change-of-mind returns.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to the terms stated in this policy and accepts that the Josh Gresty Store cannot be held liable for issues resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout, including sizing, colour choice, address errors, or uncollected parcels.

Refund Policy

At the Josh Gresty Store, we want every customer to be happy with their order. While we aim to provide high-quality products and reliable service, we understand there may be times where returns or refunds are needed. The policy below outlines how we handle these situations.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or misprinted on arrival.

  • You received the wrong item compared to what was ordered.

To request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with proof (photos/video) at:

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging (where applicable)

  • In the same condition you received them

2. Items Non-Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of production and fulfilment, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse / change of mind

  • Entering the incorrect delivery address

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Print-on-demand items fulfilled by third-party partners (unless faulty)

Tip: Please check sizing guides and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

3. Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Refunds will cover the product value only — shipping costs are non-refundable unless the fault is ours or our supplier’s.

4. Replacements

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement at no extra cost, OR

  • Offer a refund if preferred

Replacements for print-on-demand items are subject to our fulfilment partner's inspection.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is our fault (damaged/wrong item): we cover return shipping.

  • If the customer is returning for non-fault reasons (where eligible): the customer covers shipping.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process returns lost in transit.
