The Josh Gresty Store is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, fulfilment partners, customs processes, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. By placing an order, the customer accepts that delivery times may vary and agrees not to hold Josh Gresty Store responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or financial impact caused by delivery delays. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and we cannot issue replacements or refunds for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.

Thank you for supporting Josh Gresty Store. Every item you order helps build this brand from the ground up. Please read the shipping information below before placing your order.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Most orders are made to order or fulfilled via print-on-demand. This allows us to offer a wider range of items without holding bulk stock.

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days

  • Print-on-Demand/Custom Items: 5–7 business days

  • In-stock items: Dispatched within 2–3 business days

Processing time may be slightly longer during busy periods or product launches.

Shipping Timeframes

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Tracked Shipping: 2–5 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

  • Customs and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes items fulfilled from different suppliers (e.g., merch + accessories), you may receive multiple packages. This is normal and ensures faster delivery for you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination country/region

  • product weight/size

  • supplier fulfilment location

We aim to keep costs as fair and transparent as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with:

  • your tracking number (if applicable)

  • courier name / tracking link

If you haven’t received tracking after 7 days, contact us at:

Lost / Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived after:

  • UK: 14 business days

  • International: 30 business days

Please contact us so we can investigate and assist.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • incorrect shipping details entered at checkout

  • customs processing times

  • courier delays outside our control

  • severe weather or service disruptions

Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a redelivery fee may apply.
